1.1 Course Fees Refund: We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to request a refund for the course fees paid. Our refund policy is as follows: 1.1.1 If a cancellation request is received within 10 days from the date of enrollment or purchase, a full refund will be processed. 1.1.2 Cancellation requests received after 10 days but within 15 days will be eligible for a partial refund, with a deduction of 50% as administrative charges. 1.1.3 No refund will be provided for cancellations made after 15 days.
