Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. ​Refund Policy:

1.1 Course Fees Refund:
We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to request a refund for the course fees paid. Our refund policy is as follows:
1.1.1 If a cancellation request is received within 10 days from the date of 
enrollment or purchase, a full refund will be processed.
1.1.2 Cancellation requests received after 10 days but within 15 days will be eligible 
for a partial refund, with a deduction of 50% as administrative charges.
1.1.3 No refund will be provided for cancellations made after 15 days. 

1.2 Refund Process:
To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team at mentor@brightbee.co.in. We will guide you through the process and may require additional information to process your request.

1.3 Refund Timeframe:
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the necessary information. 
The actual time it takes for the funds to reflect in your account may vary depending on 
your payment method and financial institution.
